We cherish all the children in our lives, however, this event will be adults only. Take the night off and leave the little ones at home!

Yes - we’ll be having a buffet-style taco bar that will include gluten free, dairy free, and vegetarian options.

We’ve arranged a block of rooms at the Fairfield Inn & Suites La Crosse Downtown. Please see the “Accommodations” page on our website for details on booking your room. Rooms need to be booked by 6/24/25 to take advantage of the discounted group rate.

There is plenty of parking available on-site. Please note that the lot is gravel, so you may want to plan your footwear accordingly. While we’d prefer cars not spend the night, your safety is more important. If you’ve been celebrating with us (and we hope you will!), please grab a ride instead. A shuttle will run between the venue and hotel beginning at 9:00pm.

Yes! We want you to celebrate safely. A bus will run between the venue and Fairfield Inn & Suites. The first shuttle will leave at 9:00 and run throughout the evening. For guests planning to utilize the shuttle, we encourage you to carpool to the venue to minimize the number of cars left overnight.
